Rota do Café
Iniciamos a nossa visita num sítio de imigrantes italianos, que já estão em sua quarta geração produzindo café nessas terras, realizando a colheita 100% manual dos grãos maduros, tendo assim bebidas com características sensoriais como sabor frutado e doçura intensa, essa característica lhes garantiram alguns prêmios de qualidade. Durante o
passeio conhecemos um pouco da história da família e seu modo de produção, a diferença das toras e finalizamos com a degustação da bebida coada.
Seguimos para a segunda propriedade também de imigrantes italianos, esta família já está em sua quinta geração produzindo café nas mesmas terras, sua colheita para garantir uma bebida de qualidade é 100% manual de grãos maduros. Conhecemos um pouco do manejo e da história da família e finalizamos com um cafézinho especial do coador, que podemos beber à vontade.
Finalizamos o nosso passeio com o Alto da Serra que é o pico mais alto do circuito das águas, onde podemos ver os voos de parapente e monomotor.
